The modular art space consists of:

  • Library / Art Store Café: A cozy space combining a library and art store, perfect for relaxation, browsing, and gathering inspiration while enjoying a coffee.

  • Studio / Workshop Area: Fully equipped with a large workbench and easels, this space is ideal for hands-on creativity and artistic experimentation.

  • Exhibition / Performance Space: A versatile area with lighting, sound, and projection systems, designed for showcasing art, performances, and interactive experiences.

  • Radio / Lounge Area: Featuring a DJ booth, a wide range of sounds, and broadcasting facilities, this area offers a unique space for audio art, live shows, and socializing.
